Ashley was amazing to work with. She was able to sell our house twice(one fell through for financing) within weeks right at asking price after not being able to even get an offer with a previous realtor for 6 months. She took care of everything and I didn't even meet her in person as I live 3.5 hours away. I arranged for her to tour the house, I went back and made a few small improvements, and I was even able to sign the closing documents via the web as she went to closing for me! Great to work with!
